At Print USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products. Because each order is custom made, all sales are final. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Reprints
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on printed products unless there is a defect or error caused by Print USA. If you receive an item with a printing error, damage during shipping, or a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a reprint or refund:

You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Provide a clear description of the issue along with photo(s) showing the problem.

The issue must be due to a mistake on our part (printing error, incorrect item, etc.).
What’s Not Covered
We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

Customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, incorrect file sizes).

Color variation between screen and print (we do our best to match colors, but exact matching is not guaranteed).

Delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our facility.
